Little angels and shepherds are invading the hall at this time of the year
as D. Lesley gathers the Infants together for their Nativity play. The little
ones have been working very hard to learn their words and dedicated mums
were needed to help with their outfits. This year they performed ‘The Whoops A Daisy Angel’ involving all the children from Pre-school to Year 2. Mr Savage and Damian Weedon accompanied the children on the day and the songs are available on CD. The story is about an angel who always seems to be in a mess and does not get things right. This only changes when she is sent to Bethlehem to spread the good news about the Baby. The children had to learn many new songs for this play, which was performed for the first time and they did a brilliant job. As always many tears were spotted amongst the audience. |
