It is a great pleasure to announce that Monica Mayassi, a student at EISL
for 8 years, has received the ECIS (Europe Council of International Schools).
Award for International Understanding.
The award consists of a Shield and Pin. The student also receives a letter
of commendation. It is given to students who have been a good representative
of their country, with a positive attitude toward the life of the school.
Monica has certainly been that. She has contributed to and helped produce
PK World since its inception, has been involved in all our school dramatic
and musical productions and has also worked hard to achieve excellent results
in her examinations.
In September Monica will be starting a new life at University in England.
We all wish her success and happiness for the future.
