Our school paper, PK World, is now a firmly established part of life here at EISL. The next issue will be the ninth, and will no doubt entertain and inform its readers just as the previous eight have.

The paper does not only benefit its readers; the pupils who put it all together gain valuable experience in both journalism and IT skills.

We have now decided that we should try and build upon this success by starting a PK World website. This will not only carry the features from the paper, but also other useful news, information and announcements that are appropriate to the rapidly updateable world of internet.

Again it is intended that the pupils themselves will take on much of the development of the pages.

In time we would like to expand this service but this all depends on the success of the initial launch. Hence please take the time to visit the site on at least a weekly basis; it helps keep you informed of what is going on and it makes us realise that our efforts go to good use!
