Congratulations to all our runners! On 27th January, 57 students competed in a cross country competition organised by Loulé Camara. In what was a fantastic performance, by everyone, the students returned to school with five trophies. Each of the girls’ teams won a team trophy, being placed 2nd in all events. Special mention must go to Josephine Peet who received a personal medal for 3rd place, and to Emma Stevens, Charlotte Peet and Elodie Stoetman who narrowly missed medals, coming in 4th position. The boys also performed well to achieve overall 4th place in the teams competition. The next competition is the International Schools cross country at Vilamoura School on the 10th Feb and we wish all runners the very best for that competition. |
