EISL aims to foster independence and a sense of respect for others by creating a friendly, secure and caring environment where all pupils can develop a sense of community and achieve their maximum academic and creative potential as individuals, in order to become responsible members of society.
Escola Internacional São Lourenço is a regular member of the European Council of International Schools (*ECIS) since 1st July 2001.
